Requirements to
apply for a Florida Marriage License by mail:

Bride and Groom must be 18 years of age
or older and must be non Florida residents
to apply for a Florida Marriage license by mail.

Bride and Groom are required to provide
a copy of acceptable government identification (driver's
license, passport or military ID), if US born, or a copy
of the Bride's and Groom's foreign passport if foreign
born.

If either party has previously been married,
they must provide the exact date the marriage ended.

US residents and citizens have to provide
us with their Social Security numbers, International couples
have to provide their passport number.

All applicants are required to have a
valid E-mail address to receive all documents and instructions.
It is also required that Adobe Reader is installed on
your computer to be able to open files. You may download
the program for free, following this link www.adobe.com

After receiving the license the bride
and groom have to sign the document at a local Notary
Public/Solicitor. To verify your identity copies of
both governmental ID's (passports) have to be notarized
as well.

Applications and payments have to be received
not later then 30 days prior
your wedding date for National applicants, and
45 days prior for International applicants.
Express processing is available upon request.

To file for a Florida Marriage License by mail
you a valid Governmental ID or Passport for International applicant
and if previously married the exact date when the marriage ended.
No other documentation, translations or birth certificates are
required.
